This site uses manual calculator fields for salary, VAT and contribution calculations because tax rules differ by country, year, residency status and employment type. Where official source links exist, they are displayed on country pages so users can verify calculations directly with the relevant authority.

If an official source is missing, out of date, or incorrect, the calculators remain as manual estimate tools only — which is transparent and honest, but less useful than having a direct source link.

1. Identify the country and data category that needs updating.
2. Find the official government or statutory authority source URL.
3. Include the country name, category, source URL and any relevant notes in your message.
4. Send the request using the button below.

• Country name — the European country the data covers
• Data category — income tax, VAT, social security, pension, etc.
• Official source URL — link to the government, tax authority or statutory body page
• Short note — what the source covers and why it should be added or updated

Sources accepted for review must come from official government bodies, tax authorities, social insurance institutions, EU Commission publications or equivalent statutory sources. The following will not be added: blogs, news articles, commercial calculators, AI-generated content, undated PDFs from unofficial sources, or any source that cannot be traced to an official statutory authority.

Adding a source does not mean the calculator will automatically apply the rates. Source links are provided for transparency so users can verify calculations themselves.
